Any engagement for services will be governed by a separate written agreement.

DisclaimerThe Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content will be accurate, complete, or current.
9. Limitation of liabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, to use the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we decide to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services.
11. Electronic communicationsBy using the Services, sending us emails, or completing online forms, you agree to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

13. Governing law and venueThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
14. Changes to these TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the Services and updating the “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
15. MiscellaneousThese Terms, together with any policies expressly incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
