13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the Services and updating the “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with any policies expressly incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
